Shipping policy

Please refer to the product description for an accurate shipping estimate for each individual item. We offer items that are ready to ship the next day, while some products may take 1-3 weeks before shipping. Each item is handcrafted, and achieving high quality takes time.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A separate email with your tracking number will be sent once your item ships.

All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS and typically take 1-3 business days to reach your destination, depending on location. International orders may take longer.

Please note that once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for any delivery issues with USPS/UPS. Any delivery problems must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier, as we are not a carrier ourselves. If your package is lost in transit, the carrier is responsible for locating and handling the claim.

If you refuse your package and it is returned to 8lack Market, you will be responsible for reshipping fees to have the package sent again via your preferred shipping carrier.

Shipping fees for both domestic and international orders are calculated based on weight. International shipments may also be subject to additional duties and taxes.
